Early speech skills, including awareness of sounds (phonological awareness) set the foundation for language development, including reading and writing. In fact, speech-reading-writing are interrelated. Building upon one area, strengthens other areas. But only focusing on one area often leaves a child at a disadvantage educationally. As an SLP, we provide holistic assessment and intervention that results in better long term success across all areas of speaking, reading, and writing.

At Liddicoat LLS, our services are based upon the latest research-based assessment and intervention. Our mission is to change "I can't" to "I can!" by establishing effective communication skills.
